Welcome, I am honored that you are visiting my website.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little about me and my practice. I am glad to see that you are taking time to seek healing, growth, and meaningful connections. I provide a secure and non-judgmental environment for you to take a look at the areas in your life that are causing you discomfort and space to process and grow.
My training and therapeutic experience includes 13 years of working with individuals, couples and families presenting with a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, parent-child relational problems, partner conflict/communication problems, grief, academic/occupational problems, identity problems, trauma, and phase of life problems. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) as my primary intervention in therapy. I am Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) informed, as well. Please see the information video on the Getting Started tab of this website to learn more about EMDR.
I have worked as a therapist in community mental health, foster care, correctional facilities, and private practice. Additionally, I have a military background that includes active duty, Air National Guard, deployments, medical field experience and command staff experience.
I am honored that you are considering me to meet your therapy needs and excited to meet you. I am hopeful that we will, together, find the tools to help you heal from past hurts and create meaningful connections in your life.
